Orders & Shipping

What kind of packaging do you use? Every IMATI order ships in recyclable or compostable mailers — no plastic, ever. Even our hangtag is designed to be reused as a bookmark, so nothing goes to waste. Our commitment to the earth doesn't stop at the garment.

How long does shipping take? Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Standard shipping within the US takes 5–7 business days after processing.

How much does shipping cost? We charge a flat rate of $6.00 for standard shipping on all US orders.

Do you ship internationally? Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon!

Can I track my order? Yes! Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Can I change or cancel my order? We process orders quickly, so please contact us at eva@imatiwearables.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We'll do our best to help before your order ships.

Sizing & Fit

What sizes do you carry? Our apparel is available in XS through 2XL. Please note that some styles may have limited size availability — check each product page for current stock.

What are your garments made from? We use organic cotton, bamboo, and sustainable fabric blends depending on the style. Full material details are listed on each product page.

How do I care for my IMATI garment? To keep your piece looking its best and extend its life:

• Machine wash cold with like colors
• Tumble dry low or hang to dry
• Do not bleach
• Iron on low if needed

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How do I start a return or exchange? Email us at eva@imatiwearables.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll walk you through the process.

What if my item arrived damaged or wrong? We're so sorry! Please email eva@imatiwearables.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right immediately.

About IMATI

What does the IMATI flower logo mean? The IMATI flower is a symbol of the many roles we play and the many parts of our lives we devote energy to — our family, friends, work, community, and passions. Each petal represents one of those outward expressions of ourselves. The center of the flower represents you — your Self. It's a reminder that no matter how much you give to others, you must always return to yourself, care for yourself, and fuel your own spirit. You cannot pour from an empty center.

What does IMATI mean? IMATI is an acronym for a system of personal transformation — Intention, Motivation, Affirmation, Transformation, Inspiration. It also means "to have" in Croatian, which we discovered after naming the brand. To have intention. To have belief. To have the life you are becoming.
